LEAP Initiative – Proposed Phasing in of 1:1 iPads for K-12

Here’s a slideshare version of a presentation that we’ve been sharing with faculty and community this last few weeks.   We spend a little bit of time on research as well as the idea of staging out community education, student expectations, and teacher professional learning as all three are important components to consider when scaling this out.  We plan to do a video version of this too so parents can review with our comments included, but here’s the embedded static version for those interested.
